Casa Marbella
Casa Marbella is composed of one large villa-style house. Spread out across two wings, this home opens onto an outdoor pool and courtyard area. The pool is small but refreshing, with one end that is infinity-edged and the other that extends into a raised Jacuzzi. When not in the water, guests can stretch out across sunny lounge chairs or relax in a shaded hammock.
Where the pool ends the view begins—a gentle sloping of forest that dissolves into the white sands of Santa Teresa. Each of the rooms enjoys this same view from a private balcony or westward-facing window. Room types vary based upon their number of bedrooms, the inclusion of a kitchen, and overall level of luxury. Each has its own balcony (with chairs, a hammock and table), hot water bathroom, air conditioning, and safe deposit box.
The straightforward "rooms" are the most simple, but are far from spartan – these have both a queen size and single bed, but no kitchen (although they do have both a mini-fridge and coffee maker). The "suites" are larger and a bit more luxurious. These have two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The "condos" are the largest, as well as the nicest, accommodations in the entire place. These have three bedrooms (one with a king size bed, one with a queen, and one with two singles), a deluxe bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is especially important, as it allows guests to shop for local goods (think fresh fish and mangos) and cook them at their leisure.
The owners are on-hand and the staff is well informed on the local area – they will gladly answer questions about activities, parks, restaurants or beaches. The entire hotel can be rented out for large groups or families.

Accommodations
Casa Marbella has three types of accommodations – rooms, suites and condos. All come equipped with a private hot water bathroom, air conditioning, private ocean view balcony, and safe deposit box
Rooms – one room has a queen size bed and single bed. The other room has a king size bed and a small kitchen.
Suites – the suites have two bedrooms (each of which has a queen size bed) and a fully equipped kitchen.
Condos – the condos have three bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen size bed, and the third has two single beds. They also have a fully equipped kitchen and deluxe bathroom.
